Suggestions
- Use limits. Both Academic Search Premier and Research Library have articles from both magazines and academic journals. Click Magazines or Academic Journals under Source Types to limit your results to one or the other. (The source type option is in the left column of the search results page in Academic Search Premier and the right column in Research Library.)
- Track your citations as you go. Both Academic Search Premier and Research Library have a Cite feature that allows you to copy an MLA or APA style citation. Take advantage of this, but double-check the accuracy of the citations, especially for magazine and newspaper articles.
- Not finding what you need in Academic Search Premier and Research Library? Explore the library's subject guides to find additional suggestions for where to search.
