*Criminal Justice

To perform a search for videos the library may have concerning criminal justice and legal studies, do the following:

1. Go to the library's homepage (www.stmartin.edu/library)
2. Click the "Advanced search" option beneath the Saints Search search bar
3. In the top search bar, type: crim*  (the star will tell the computer to look for "crime," "criminal," "criminals," etc.)
4. Click the arrow beside the "Search Scope" option and select "Saint Martin's University"
5. Click search
6. In the left-hand column, click "Video" under the Refine My Results options
7. After that filter has been run (it will take a minute or two), scroll down click the "H-Social sciences" or "K-Law" option under the Classification LCC options

The results list will help you find videos that you can check out to help you with your assignments.

1: Select the video to be shared.

2: Select the "Share" button.

3: Select the "Copy" button to the right of the "Via permalink" box.

4: Insert the copied link into the desired location.

Kanopy

1: Select the video to be shared.

2: Select the "Share" menu button.

3: Select the "Copy Link" button to the right of the "Link" box.

4: Insert the copied link into the desired location.

Docuseek

1: Select the "Log in" button in the top menu bar.

2: In the "Select your institution" drop-down menu, select Saint Martin's University (the number 1 arrow).

3: Select the "Institution log in" button (the number 2 arrow).

4: Select the video to be shared.

5: Select the "Embed" link below the video.

6: Highlight and copy the URL located below the "Permanent Link" menu heading.

7: Insert the copied link into the desired location.
