Searching PubMed - Key things to remember
Be specific:
the more terms you enter, the narrower your search will be with fewer irrelevant results to wade through.
Use no punctuation:
(ex. no quote marks) pubmed will find phrases for you.
Use no operators:
pubmed will add AND between your search terms
Use no tags:
pubmed will differentiate topic words, journal titles and author names
